sattamatk applies industry-standard security and data-handling practices across every part of the account lifecycle — from registration through to withdrawal.

Data We Collect

We collect name, email address, mobile number and payment identifiers such as your UPI VPA or Paytm number. This is limited to what is strictly required for account operation, KYC compliance and payment processing.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies for login state and analytics cookies to measure page performance. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie preference panel in your account settings at any time.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active and for a statutory period after closure as required by applicable Indian financial regulations. You may request a data summary at any point.

Account Security

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. We enforce two-factor authentication for withdrawals and prompt a mandatory password reset if unusual login activity is detected on your account.

Your Right to Request Changes

You may request correction of inaccurate personal data, deletion of non-mandatory data, or a full export of your account data by contacting the compliance team via email with your account ID.

Who Holds Your Data

Your data is held by the sattamatk platform operator. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Payment processors such as UPI networks and Paytm receive only the transaction data needed to complete a transfer.

These answers cover the most frequent questions we receive about rights, data, access and the steps to contact us when a legal matter arises. Each answer reflects our current policy as stated in the full terms document.

Access depends on the laws of your specific state and territory. Where local law permits participation, you may open an account. It is your responsibility to confirm legality in your jurisdiction before registering.

We store your name, contact details, UPI VPA or Paytm number, transaction history and KYC documents. This data is used solely for account management, payment processing and legal compliance purposes.

Email the compliance team from your registered address, include your account ID and state 'Data Export Request' in the subject line. We aim to deliver a structured export within 7 working days of receiving your request.

You may request deletion of non-mandatory personal data at any time. Data tied to transaction records must be retained for the statutory period under applicable Indian financial law and cannot be removed before that period ends.

Raise the dispute through live chat or email with full account details and the specific transaction reference. Our compliance team reviews disputes against the terms in force at the time of the transaction and responds within 7 working days.

We post an in-platform banner and send an email to your registered address before any material change takes effect. The notice period is stated in the announcement; continued use after that period means you accept the updated terms.

Payment processors — UPI networks, Paytm, PhonePe — receive only the transaction data required to complete a transfer. We do not sell your payment details or personal profile to advertisers, data brokers or any unrelated third party.
